We expect payment in full prior to shipping. We accept credit cards and cash transfers through PayPal, wire transfers, and personal checks.  All checks must clear prior to shipping.

Animals may be reserved with 25% deposit. As is the standard in the industry, all deposits are non-refundable, unless we cannot accomodate your request. If your breeding strategies change, in most cases we can apply your deposit to another purchase.

All our animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy and be accurately represented. Please inspect your animals immediately upon arrival.  If  you have a problem with your order, we must hear from you within 48 hours of receipt.

We will be happy to advise you on your animals' proper requirements. As we have no control over your husbandry techniques, we cannot guarantee they will thrive in your care. Please notify us immediately if you have any problems.

For the safety of your animals, all our shipping is done Monday through Wednesday.  That allows sufficient time toward the end of the week for your animal to arrive before the weekend.  Occasionally, in extremely hot or cold weather, we will withhold shipping until it is safe to do so.   Our animals are sent out in the order that the payment is received.  We ship as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your animal will go out the next shipping day. 

We are a FedEx Certified shipper, and will ship FedEx to your door in most cases. You will be required to sign for the package, and any obvious damage must be reported to the delivery person. We cannot be responsible for packages that are not accepted on the first delivery attempt.

We will ship high-dollar orders via Delta Airlines. We expect you to accept the package within two hours of flight arrival, and inspect the package and contents at the freight counter. Any claims must be processed at the freight counter at time of acceptance.

We strive to be competitive in our pricing. Allow us to match or beat other offers for in stock animals of similar quality. We constantly update our listing of available animals, and our prices reflect what we really have. Keep in mind that other dealers may offer lowball prices just to get you on their waiting list - usually with a hefty deposit. If an offer sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
